As a shop admin I want to be able to change which shop I am editing settings for if I am an admin of multiple

Acceptance Criteria

• Edit the controller to return a list of shop names sorted by category paired with their respective id
• Display the list of shops in a sidebar
• When a user clicks a shop redirect them to /admin?shopId=
• The currently selected shop will be highlighted in some way

• If Issue has a corresponding DB element, it has an ER Diagram created with corresponding changes before development begins
• All above points verified by a member of the team external to the main developer(s) of the issue

Definition of Done

• At least one automated test per major feature created during the process of the issue
• All acceptance criteria complete and met
• All relevant tests pass
• Appropriate Javadoc present throughout
• All above points verified by a member of the team external to the main developer(s) of the issue
