As a developer, I would like a help page that allows the users to contact if there are any problems with the website.

• Show important information clearly and effectively
• Show an email for the user to contact for support
• Include FAQ section to answer frequently asked questions. (helps reduce email load)
• be dark and light mode responsive
• include cool topographical reactive background
