Borrower account and information management
As a librarian, I need to be able to activate new borrowers' accounts and help them edit their personal information, including contact details and passwords, to ensure they can start using library services and keep their information accurate.

Administrators are able to enter basic information about new borrowers into the system and create accounts. -
An activation link is automatically generated and sent to the borrower's email address, through which the borrower activates their account. -
The administrator can access and edit the borrower's personal information at any time, such as updating contact information or resetting a password. -
All changes need to be validated by the system and saved successfully.
