Loan and Return Management

As a librarian, I need to be able to manage borrower checkout and return operations to ensure efficient circulation and management of library resources.

• The administrator can check out and return books for borrowers through the system interface.
• The system automatically updates the borrowing status of books to ensure the accuracy of the inventory.
• When returning books, the system should automatically check for overdue items and display any fines due.
• The renewal function should be easily accessible, allowing administrators to quickly renew books for borrowers and automatically calculate new return dates.
