Prototype Design Of Resource Management Interface

As a librarian, I need a prototype of a fully functional resource management interface that will allow me to efficiently view, add, edit, and delete books and other resources. This prototype should include a live search box that allows me to quickly find specific resources by author name or book title. Additionally, the interface should streamline the process of adding and modifying resources to increase productivity.

  • Provide a search box where users can enter keywords (e.g., author name or book title) to search. Search results should be displayed instantly without additional confirmation or refresh actions. Search results should display key information such as book cover, title, author and status (available/lent).
  • Display a list of all resources, including books and other types of resources. There should be action buttons next to each piece of resource information, allowing users to quickly edit or delete. When adding a new resource, there should be a clear "Add" button that directs the user to fill in the necessary information, such as book title, author, category, etc.
  • When clicking on the "Edit" button next to a resource, a form should pop up that allows the user to modify the book's details. For deletion operations, the design should include a confirmation step to prevent accidental deletion of important resources. Editing and deleting operations should be quick and easy to ensure that administrators can handle resource information efficiently.
  • The interface should be clear, intuitive, and easy for administrators to understand and operate. Use modern UI elements, such as icons and separators, to enhance the visual effect and user experience. Important functions, such as adding new resources or searching for resources, should be prominently displayed on the interface.
