As a library user, I hope to be able to add to the waiting list so that I can borrow the required books after they are returned.

As a library user, when I find that the book I want to borrow has been loaned, I hope to add it to a waiting list, so that when the book is returned, I can receive a notice and borrow the book as soon as possible.
