Inventory replenishment reminder

As an administrator, I hope to be able to view the resources that need to be replenished on the homepage of the library app, so that resources can be purchased and replenished in time to ensure that users can borrow the books they need.

• The homepage should display a list of resources that need to be replenished.
• The list should include information such as the resource's title, author, category, current inventory, and recommended replenishment quantity.
• The list should support sorting by inventory quantity, and display resources with the lowest inventory first.
