Optimising the interface of the Add Resource page

The current Add Resource page is fully functional, but the user interface needs to be further optimised to improve the user experience. Specific improvements are listed below:

• Layout Adjustment: The current layout of form elements is compact, and proper spacing needs to be added to ensure that the form is easy to read and fill out.
• Interactive feedback: After submitting a form, users need clear feedback. The current feedback mechanism is not obvious enough. It is suggested to add modal dialogues or notification prompts to improve the user interaction experience.
• Header design: Add user interaction elements, such as a search bar or user information display, to improve the ease of interaction
• End-of-page design: Visual style: Ensure that the footer is consistent with the visual style of the entire website, using harmonious colours and fonts.
