Optimise the UI and notification history query function of the email sending page

As a librarian, the current pop-up interface on the email sending page is not aesthetically pleasing enough and needs UI optimisation to make it more user-friendly. In addition, when querying the notification history, the table columns on the page are incomplete, which prevents users from viewing all the necessary information.

• Redesign the layout of the email sending popup window to make it more beautiful and easy to operate
• Modify the layout of the notification history query form to ensure that all columns (e.g. date, email title, recipient, status, etc.) are displayed in full.
