System Maintenance

As the one who working in IT support I want to look after the system with less bottlenecks, and come with solid support resources, so I can help sort out problems fast and make sure users get the help they need without any trouble.

Given this, Once the system’s up and running, I should be able to pop into the admin dashboard and check every system status and logs, so I can spot anything weird right away.

If something goes unstable in the system, I’d like the user to see a plain-English error message that makes sense, plus a matching entry in the admin logs so I can dig into it later.

In the “System Logs” panel, I should be able to sift through entries by stuff like date, who’s involved, how bad it is, or what part of the system’s acting up—like the database or the frontend.

Whenever user info gets touched like logins or test submissions, I need it locked down tight with encryption and stored properly.

After an update or patch rolls out, I’d like to see a version history and a changelog handy, so I know what’s new or fixed without guessing.
