Reject request as admin

As an admin, I should be able to reject the request for addition of toys/clothes along with the swap request so that only appropriate items are added. Acceptance Criteria:

• I must be able to click on a button to reject a request successfully
• I must get a notification on success of deletion
• I must send a notification to the user on the status change of their request
