Submit swap request

As a parent, I want to submit a request for swapping my children clothes with other families in the neighbourhood so that I can swap my unwanted clothes.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The user must be able to selected and send a swap request for an item that they are interested in.
• The list of items available for swapping must be displayed in a clear and organised manner.
• The swap request must be sent to the admin for approval before the items are removed from the website and the swap occurs.
