What went well?

• Initial project design and planning
• Branching for each feature and merge to main before a release.
• Each team member completed their assigned task.

What did not went well?

• Prioritization of user stories with higher weightage.
• Good communication across team for each small change to pushed to git.
• Discussion of user stories before starting work.

How could we improve?

• Keep the team in loop for each change and push small changes at a time.
• Prioritize working on core functionality first.
