Getting started

Reproduce results in abstract by running

MakeGridAndAlpGif.m (for Gif 1)

and

MakeOptDvsRPlot.m (for Figure 2, this requires https://se.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/23629-export_fig)
