Getting started

Reproduce results in abstract by running

MakeGridAndPackingDensityGif.m (for Gif 1)

and

MakeOptDvsRPlot.m (for Figure 3, this requires https://se.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/23629-export_fig)

and

MakeExampleGridsPlot.m (for Figure 4, this also requires export_fig code)
