I want pages to know who I am authenticated as

As A user I want pages to know who I am authenticated as so I can see customised views and only see my accessible pages.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a Utils class
• Add a method to store a kvp in the user session
• Add a method to retrieve a value from a key
• Add a method to generate a JWT based on a user row
• Add a method to check a valid JWT is present and return the Optional user row

• All above points verified by a member of the team external to the main developer(s) of the issue

Definition of Done

• At least one automated test per major feature created during the process of the issue
• All acceptance criteria complete and met
• All relevant tests pass
• Appropriate Javadoc present throughout
• All above points verified by a member of the team external to the main developer(s) of the issue
