I want pages to know who I am authenticated as
As A user I want pages to know who I am authenticated as so I can see customised views and only see my accessible pages.
Acceptance Criteria

Create a Utils class -
Add a method to store a kvp in the user session -
Add a method to retrieve a value from a key -
Add a method to generate a JWT based on a user row -
Add a method to check a valid JWT is present and return the Optional user row
