Updated frontend and backend of desk status, so that an admin can delete a desk from the page

Updated backend of desk status, so that an admin can delete a desk - this now shows a warning, and if confirmed, all bookings for that desk are cancelled before the desk is deleted. Cancelled bookings are then displayed to the admin within the deskstatus page.
